NAM VIET PROACTIVELY COORDINATES TO RESOLVE LEGAL OBSTACLES AT BINH PHU COMPLEX, AIMING FOR SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT
Regarding recent information on legal procedures in the fields of land and environment at the Binh Phu Complex, Nam Viet Joint Stock Company (NAVICO) would like to provide an update on the current situation to our valued shareholders, partners, and customers. This aims to deliver full and objective information on the progress of addressing outstanding issues, as well as the company’s strategic direction.
Nam Viet is currently actively finalizing the legal procedures regarding land, which serve as the foundation to proceed with completing environmental permitting procedures in accordance with applicable regulations. The difficulties and obstacles encountered during this process have been, and continue to be, proactively reported, discussed, and coordinated for resolution with local authorities and specialized agencies.
On October 13, 2026, a delegation led by Mr. Ho Van Mung, Chairman of the An Giang Provincial People’s Committee, conducted a site visit to two high-tech agricultural projects in Chau Phu Commune, invested by Nam Viet Binh Phu Co., Ltd. (a wholly owned subsidiary of NAVICO).
During the visit, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee assigned the Department of Finance to take the lead, in coordination with relevant departments, sectors, and the Provincial Inspectorate, to report and propose handling options to resolve the difficulties and obstacles related to Notice No. 714-TB/UBKTTW of the Central Inspection Committee.
Throughout the process of finalizing legal procedures, the business and production activities of Nam Viet Binh Phu Co., Ltd. remain normal and stable. Concurrently, the enterprise continues to collaborate closely with competent authorities to step-by-step resolve remaining issues in strict compliance with regulations, aiming for long-term operations and sustainable development.
